UX Content Designer ‧ Product Marketing Manager ‧ 2025
BrandVersa

BrandVersa is a content infrastructure company building AI-powered tools for founders, creators, and marketers. As UX Content Designer and Content Systems Architect, I worked directly with founder Alex Hyat and the engineering team across two products: BrandMixer, the flagship AI content engine, and LoveVersa, a dating-meets-lifestyle platform. My scope covered AI behavior design, personal context architecture, tool-triggering logic, onboarding UX, and content standards across both products simultaneously.

My core contribution to BrandMixer was designing the AI behavior layer. I wrote the system prompts and behavioral instructions governing how the AI communicated with users, built the personal context architecture that captured each user's brand voice and goals during onboarding so outputs felt specific rather than generic, and defined the tool-triggering rules that determined when the AI activated specific content formats based on user intent. This work drew from the content production systems I had developed at PBL, including script templates, CTA frameworks, notes structures, and research SOPs, which I reverse-engineered into AI-readable logic and behavioral constraints.

To evaluate output quality, I developed a six-dimension rubric covering voice fidelity, structural integrity, hook strength, CTA alignment, contextual relevance, and signal density. I used it iteratively to identify model failure patterns, write corrective instructions, and re-evaluate after each engineering cycle. Collaboration with the SWE was document-driven: I produced behavioral specifications they implemented independently, then reviewed builds against the rubric and fed written corrections back into the next cycle.

For LoveVersa, I designed the full creator-to-subscriber onboarding experience: developing user personas, tone guidelines, interaction language, and an editorial calendar mapped to conversion touchpoints across the user lifecycle. I identified the moments where users were most likely to convert, disengage, or deepen commitment, and built content specifically engineered for each stage: awareness copy that earned attention, onboarding flows that established trust, and retention-facing messaging that reinforced community belonging. Within two months of beta launch, these efforts generated 22 qualified leads and over $25K in pipeline revenue in a competitive market.
