At Fygg, a holistic oral care startup, I translated clinically complex ingredients - like nano-hydroxyapatite, L-arginine, and oral prebiotics - into accessible, high-retention short-form Instagram content. Over six months, I developed a science-first brand voice optimized for education, storytelling, and virality.
My content became top-performing for the brand, including an “If you’re not brushing your teeth first thing in the morning” video that reached 4.1M views and drove a 15% increase in channel engagement. I also developed post-it and POV formats that fueled DM funnel conversions. Additionally, a dentist reaction video positioned Fygg as a credible, expert-backed brand in the clean oral care space, generating 1.1M views.
To streamline creative production and accelerate script iteration, I independently developed a comprehensive prompt engineering strategy integrating outputs from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google Gemini to produce high-converting hooks, scannable analogies, and CTA frameworks. Using the RISEN method, I built modular, performance-tested prompts and applied an iterative feedback process - inspired by RLHF principles - to optimize retention-driven language, visual sequencing, and narrative tone across models.
These efforts supported Fygg’s creator-led community education strategy and helped seed its launch in a competitive, science-driven DTC market.
