Love Lingual is a 4.7-star, 11,500-review Amazon product with a proven customer base. When I joined as Brand Strategist under PBL, I identified a critical content misalignment: the brand's "couple's party game" framing was suppressing long-term purchase intent and customer LTV by underselling the product's emotional value. Thus, I repositioned the brand's tone and messaging architecture. I conducted VOC analysis to surface the gap between how customers described their experience and how the brand was positioning itself, then used those insights to build a new content strategy around a "relationship enhancer" narrative that more accurately reflected real user outcomes.
From there, I rewrote the DTC product messaging, ad copy, landing page CTAs, and social tone guidelines to establish a consistent content standard across every customer-facing surface. The systematic overhaul drove consistent traffic increases of up to 12,000 unique monthly visitors, validating both the accuracy of the initial diagnosis and the rigor of the content framework that replaced it.
This project exemplifies my end-to-end model content work applied to brand: identify where the current brand outputs were missing user needs -> define what good looks like -> write the exemplary content -> measure.
