In my role as a Social Media Manager, I was the channel owner for Instagram campaigns under PBL, the leading social media branding agency founded by Ava Yuergens.

I conducted in-depth market research, built copy concepts, and wrote over 900 short-form scripts to drive high-performing digital campaigns.

During the 2024 summer season, I drove a 15% lift in GCR through a combination of ManyChat automation and CRO strategies. The funnel optimizations across social media channels fueled viral growth and engagement loops for 10+ brands. Our highlights include: generating 1,310 leads for a marketing client, delivering a 450K follower spike for a career strategist within six months, closing $68K in B2B leads for an M&A client, and selling out a 24-seat business summit.
As part of the PBL roster, I led the brand refresh for Connor Boyack’s Tuttle Twins, repositioning it from politically polarizing to values-based education. I rewrote the campaign strategy through an emotional intelligence lens, resulting in a 34% increase in CTR across Meta campaigns within two months.
