At PBL, the leading social media branding agency founded by Ava Yuergens, I managed creative production across a 55-brand portfolio simultaneously, functioning as the central intake and execution point between brand stakeholders and creative output. I translated strategic briefs into actionable campaign plans by establishing workback timelines, content calendars, and creative standards for clients across tech, health, finance, education, and lifestyle industries. Every campaign moved through a full production lifecycle: brief intake, concept development, copy execution, platform delivery, and performance analysis.

One of my most significant projects was leading a brand repositioning for Connor Boyack's Tuttle Twins books. I identified a tonal misalignment where the brand's politically charged framing was suppressing audience reach, then rewrote the entire campaign strategy through an emotional intelligence lens. The new content standards drove a 34% increase in CTR across Meta campaigns within two months, demonstrating that systematic content decisions move performance metrics just as much as creative instinct does.
